1. Estimates and Quotes
Quotes are based on the information, photographs, items, volume, access conditions, and scope of work available at the time of the estimate. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. The final price may change if the items, volume, labor, access, disposal requirements, or scope of work differs from what was originally reviewed. Any price change will be explained and approved by the customer before the additional work is performed.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations, inaccessible properties, or cancellations after the crew has been dispatched may be subject to a reasonable fee where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.
3. Access and Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the service location and identify all items to be removed. Customers are responsible for securing valuables and removing or identifying items that must not be taken. Please disclose stairs, difficult access, heavy items, disassembly needs, hazards, and other relevant conditions before service.
4. Items We Cannot Accept
We may refuse items that are hazardous, illegal, contaminated, unsafe, regulated, or restricted, or that cannot be handled or disposed of safely and lawfully.
5. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms stated on the approved quote or invoice. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed as required. Customers are responsible for payment for services authorized and completed.
6. Service Changes
If additional items or work are requested, or conditions differ from those described in the estimate, the price and scope may need to be revised. Additional work will be performed only after the customer approves the applicable changes, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety.
7. Property and Safety
Our crew will take reasonable care while performing authorized work. Customers must keep children and pets away from the work area and disclose known hazards. We may pause or refuse work if conditions are unsafe or the requested work is outside the agreed scope.
